Nolia & Tonic

Ingredients

50ml Nolia Aperitif
100ml tonic water
1 dash of orange bitters (optional)

Glass & garnish

Large wine glass or highball, magnolia flower

Method

Fill a wine or highball glass with large ice cubes. Add Nolia Apertitif and top gently with tonic water. Add a dash of bitters if using. Stir briefly and garnish.

Blossom Spritz

Ingredients

45ml Nolia aperitif
90ml dry Prosecco
30ml soda water
2 dashes orange blossom water (optional)
Orange twist to garnish

Method

Build the drink directly in a large wine glass filled with ice by adding the aperitif first, topping with Prosecco, then soda. Stir gently and garnish before serving.

Southern Garden Gimlet

Ingredients

45ml London dry gin
25ml Nolia aperitif
15ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
Lime wheel to garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, then double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf or lime wheel before serving.

Twilight Magnolia Sour

Romantic & silky

Ingredients

50ml Bourbon
25ml Nolia aperitif
20ml lemon juice
15ml honey syrup
Dash of orange bitters
Lemon wheel to garnish

Method

Dry shake all ingredients (without ice), then shake again with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with a single, magnolia shaped ice cube.
